About More Fur Less Adoptions
More Fur Less designers are always trying new things, and we wind up creating something fun in the process. We could be exploring new materials, dreaming up something spectacular to show off at a convention, or tinkering with some new creature design just to see how it looks in MFL style. Sometimes these suits are only used for photos!
These aren't "seconds" — they're first-of-their-kind! Each one is made with the same quality, care, and attention to detail you expect from a More Fur Less suit. Best part? Once we accept an offer, the suit is ready to ship to its new home!

Q: What is the price on shipping?
A: Free insured shipping will be included in this auction for US buyers (carrier of MFL’s choice). For a winning International bid, shipping will be quoted separately- international buyers to pay all shipping and customs costs. International bidders, please do not submit a bid without acknowledging responsibility for shipping and customs costs.
Q: I don't quite fit the suggested size range(s). Can the suit be fitted to my size?
A: Very possibly! Email us before bidding at AdoptaMFLcritter@gmail.com with your height, waist size, and head circumference and we'll let you know if it's possible. Some modifications may add a nominal cost.
Q: Can you customize the suit design with any additional markings, body or head upgrades, zippers, after-dark accessories, and so on?
A: All adoption suits are listed as-is — but when you send your offer, let us know if there are any modifications/upgrades you hope for. Depending on our production schedule and other factors, we will do our best to work with the successful buyer to accommodate requests. Some modifications may add a nominal cost. Full details will be discussed and finalized with potential buyer before offer is finalized and payment made.
Q: Can I order additional parts for the adoption I’m interested in?
A: If you are interested in additional parts such extra pairs of handpaws, feetpaws, or additional accessories not included in this auction, let us know and we may be able to fulfill the request. You can request to customize the suit design with any additional markings, body or head upgrades, zippers, after-dark accessories, and so on. Full details including a projected timeline and cost for any additional parts will be discussed and finalized with potential buyer before offer is finalized and payment made.
Q: I love the suit but I don't want that name. Can I change it?
A: Of course! We name our adoption suits based on the personality we see while designing them, but the buyer gets to make the character their own. Keep the name, change the name, write an intricate origin story that explains the notch in the ear — it's all you!
Q: Will you offer a payment plan for adoption?
A: MFL Adoptions are finished suits, ready to ship after an offer is accepted, and payment will be expected within 72 hours of the sale's close. MFL offers payment plans only for custom suits and Artistic Liberty commissions, so if you are looking for something you can get on a payment plan, check those out!
Q: Is my offer binding? If I win, do I have to buy?

Q: When will I hear back? When will MFL accept the successful offer?
A: More Fur Less will attempt to respond to all offers within three business days after the offer period ends. Those with best offer(s) will be contacted to discuss full terms. If no modifications are requested, the suit will be ready to ship as soon as full payment is received!
