We field a high volume of requests every week so if you don’t hear back right away, chances are we’re catching up as fast as we can without diverting our designers from the work they love. Please give us at least a week or so before sending a follow up.   

Our small company’s tight-knit staff is dedicated to bringing your characters to life! We plan our production schedule carefully, many months in advance, so we can give each commission the full attention it deserves. Focused on quality, our low-volume workflow allows room for just a few commissions per quarter. 

If we are not able to accept your request this time, please check back with us in a few months. We sometimes have cancellations or wiggle room for special projects, and may be able to accept your commission at a later time.
